Our Guarantee and Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every product you purchase from OrchidLight.com. We offer a 90 day no-risk trial period when you can return any product you feel is not working properly for a 100% return (excluding shipping). Otherwise, we honor each manufacturer's warranty. Most of our products have a one year manufacturer's warranty against defect. So if a product has a problem within the warranty period, we will replace it with a new item. It's as simple as that. Your satisfaction is our goal.
